Doing Work in 2010
Despite all the BS and stupidity present in this year, two big things went down for me.
First, after six years of hard work, I finally obtained my teaching license. I finally started my career and got to stand in my own public school classroom in the state’s oldest high school. In a country where even teaching jobs are hard to come by, I feel pretty blessed in that regard.

Good/Bad/Sweet Action
I’m pretty damn bummed that I’m injured right now. Takes me out of two angles that I was pretty into. They showed the injury video at the show the other night. Watching myself hit the concrete while my hip breaks…is rather unpleasant. Hard to look away from…but not pleasant.

An unfortunate end to my year
In a six man tag this past Saturday, I did my 180 splash from the top to the floor onto my opponents. Only problem was after I hit them, my hip hit the concrete. Finished the match, but alas…I broke my hip. Brutal.
What a ridiculous injury. But that’s the business. It’s dangerous. So I’ll be out of action for a while and taking on a new role on the show in the meantime....
